By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of service:

Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.

• An invoice will be sent to the client after the client and I have agreed upon a commission.¹

• Payment must be made in one of two fashions:

  • 100% upfront

  • 50% upfront, 50% before lining phase²

¹ I have the right to decline a commission under any circumstances.

² Final works will not be delivered until 100% of the commission is paid for.

WORKS (ARTWORK/MUSIC)

• By commissioning me, you are paying for my style, not to ask me to imitate another artist's style.

• When using my works, credit my appropriate social media handles found here, not "Credits to original artist" or the like.

• The process of making the works will most likely be streamed unless discussed beforehand.

  • A percentage-based fee may occur for Non-Disclosure-Agreement-based artworks (NDA).

Commercial Rights

• I hold all rights to use the commissioned artworks commercially unless commercial rights are specifically sold to the client.

  • Commercial rights can be purchased for a percentage-based fee either during the initial discussion or at a later date.

• All commissions are in digital format, a physical version will not be shipped to the client.

  • For artworks, final full-resolution .png files will be delivered. Clients will not receive .psd files unless purchased for a percentage-based fee either during the initial discussion or at a later date.

  • For music, final mixed and mastered versions will be delivered in the requested formats (ie. .mp3, .wav, .flac, etc.). Project files will not and cannot be provided. Lossless Stem files can be purchased for a percentage-based fee either during the initial discussion or at a later date.

• I reserve the right to display the final work on my portfolio.

REFUNDS & REVISIONS

• You may get a FULL REFUND only during the drafting phase.

  • Depending on the amount of work already done, a partial refund may be offered instead.

• There are no refunds offered if I have advanced past the drafting phase.

• If a commission has been partially refunded, the client retains only the right to keep the draft, regardless if the entire work is completed.

• Revisions are limited to a maximum of 3 revisions.

  • Two revisions during the drafting phase

  • One minor revision before the polishing stage

    • For artworks, the polishing stage refers to the shading stage.

    • For music, the polishing stage refers to final mixing and mastering.

• Any additional revisions will cost extra depending on the complexity of the revision.

  • Revisions can be made up to 2 weeks passed the agreed-upon delivery date.

• Revisions are not allowed once a week has elapsed after a project’s completion.

Communication

• Major updates to the commission will be sent to the client

  • This includes updates to the commission as a whole or sample image/song updates when moving to the next phase.
